Optimize with Edna was built behind the scenes where real systems, operations, and growth happen.
Before stepping into the online space, I worked in different roles from factory operator to SM sales associate to BPO agent. These experiences shaped how I communicate, solve problems, and handle clients under pressure.
Over the years, I moved into client-facing roles and project coordination, supporting global teams and managing operations. I saw businesses struggle not because of lack of vision, but because their systems were messy and not built to scale.
That’s where I come in.
I specialize in helping business owners streamline their backend through funnels, CRM management, automations, and operational support. From setting up systems to making sure everything runs smoothly day to day, I focus on creating workflows that actually make work easier, not more complicated.
